Ship item
Pack it in the original box and send it back with the label we provide.
Inspection
We check the item within 2 business days of arrival.
Refund processed
Money back to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.
Return Details
Return eligibility & window+
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition with all included accessories, manual, and gift box.
Exchanges+
Want a different color? We're happy to exchange within the same 30-day window — just tell us which color you'd like when you request the return.
Damaged on arrival+
If your Pixel Pocket arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged unit first.
Wrong item received+
Our mistake, our cost. We'll send the correct item right away with a prepaid label for the incorrect one.
Non-returnable items+
Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned. Consoles with physical damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
Processing time+
Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued within 2 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
