Delivery delays+
Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can occasionally add a few days. If your order is more than 3 business days past its estimate, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Incorrect addresses+
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it any time before the order ships. Once shipped, we'll work with the courier, but redelivery fees may apply for address errors.
Lost packages+
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Shipping restrictions+
We ship to residential and business addresses nationwide. Some remote areas may take 1–3 extra days. We can't deliver to freight forwarders for warranty-covered orders.
