What's Covered
Covered
Manufacturing defects: screen faults, dead buttons, battery or charging failures, speaker issues, and units that won't power on out of the box.
Not covered
Accidental drops, water damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal cosmetic wear, and lost or stolen devices.
Coverage period
30 days from the date of delivery, automatically included with every purchase. No registration needed.

Show us the issue
Send your order number plus a photo or short video of the defect.
Fast approval
We review claims within 1–2 business days.
Replacement ships
Approved claims get a free replacement shipped within 2 business days.

Keep your order number handy, use the included charging cable, and don't open the device housing — opening the unit voids the warranty.
Replacement timeline+
From claim to doorstep is typically 5–9 business days: 1–2 for review, 2 to ship, and 3–7 in transit.
