Orders+
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email. We may cancel and fully refund orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
Pricing+
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing is valid only while displayed. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment.
Product information+
We work hard to keep specs, colors, and images accurate, but minor variations can occur (especially screen color rendering). Game counts are approximate library totals.
Limitation of liability+
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property+
All Pixel Pocket branding, artwork, page designs, and content are our property. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
Acceptable use+
Don't misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, interference with other customers, or attempts to breach security. We may refuse service where these terms are violated.
Termination+
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the site at any time; provisions about liability and IP survive.
Applicable law+
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled in Philippine courts.
